Just had made your Malaysian chicken satay skewers for dinner Phil Graham from The diabetic muscle building cookbook. Very easy and tasty too. Good meal for a Monday night after a long day at work. I did make steam veg and basmati rice. I have no hope of getting the family to eat brown rice. I will be having the left overs for lunch tomorrow. My husband is looking forward to the Lean gain beef burgers later in the week. This is a great cookbook. Very straight forward and easy to use. All I can say is Wow! What a selection of well thought out recipes that will boost my nutrition greatly!
There is such a variety of recipes that are easy and simple to make and the list of ingredients isn’t pages long and going to cost you a fortune to buy.
The nutritional value is all laid out and the my fitness pal barcode is amazing!
I can’t wait to start cooking them and am actually excited for my meal prep day on Sunday! Will post some photos when I’m done.
