I picked up so many tips about diet, training and managing my diabetes. I applied what I learnt and saw a massive improvement in my blood glucose levels, fat loss and strength.</span></p>

It&#8217;s full of knowledge and has successfully helped me and many other friends with diabetes improve their blood glucose control and overall quality of life.</span></p>
