The Definitive Guide to Sleeping Better for Health, Strength and a Better Looking Physique

Welcome to the Execution Guide on Sleep.

John PembertonIf you have had the same education as the majority of people with Diabetes, nobody will have mentioned to you the importance of sleep. Let alone the current day crisis of sleep deprivation and poor sleep hygiene. Sleep is an issue many people need to work on.

If you answer YES to any of the following questions, this course is an absolute MUST for YOU:

  • Do you look at your SMART phone, tablet or play on the computer after 20:00?
  • Do you have normal light bulbs with no dimmer switch in your bedroom and sitting rooms?
  • Do you drink caffeine after 15:00?
  • Do you drink alcohol more than one night a week?
  • Do you exercise after 19:00?
  • Do you stay up late on the weekends?
  • Is your bedroom temperature above 20C or 68F?

Why are these important questions to ask?

Each one of these impacts on your sleep duration and architecture. If your sleep quantity is insufficient or you do not cycle through all the stages of sleep, you will jeopardize your body composition and health.

All this before even mentioning the relationship between Diabetes and sleep. This relationship can be neutral if you have the right strategies, but mostly toxic if your sleep is compromised, leading to greater health decline for people with diabetes.

I have spent hundreds of hours studying sleep and diabetes with rigor and enthusiasm to develop this course, to help firstly myself, and now YOU.

As you work through this course you will develop a detailed knowledge of sleep architecture, and you will learn an abundance of strategies to become a master of;

  • Modern technology and sleep
  • Nutrition and sleep
  • Exercise and sleep
  • Stress and sleep
  • And much more.

This course is truly unique in that it offers innovative strategies and personal insights from people with diabetes, on how to manage diabetes and sleep.

All of my personal and clinical experience has taught me every great course has  the THREE key elements:

  1. Engagement
  2. Education
  3. Empowerment

I have taken my hundreds of hours of hard work and condensed it into:

  • Five key modules.
  • An interactive workbook.
  • A test that assesses how much you have learned and implemented.

I guarantee you will be engaged, educated and empowered. I have only one ask, be an active learner. Learning is a participation sport!

So,

  • Download the workbook.
  • Complete the workbook as your progress through the modules.
  • Put the strategies into action
  • Take the test.
  • Share your experience and new knowledge with others.

Ready to become the master of sleep?

Let’s go!
