Mind-set:

  1. Reframe to gratitude.
  2. Prime and grind.

Nutrition:

  1. Carbohydrate to fuel performance.
  2. Macro (protein, carb and fat) consistency.

Insulin dosing

  1. Bolus before meals.
  2. Extra insulin spread out when eating very high fat and protein meals.

Exercise

  1. Three hours rule for bolus before exercise
  2. 10,000 steps a day – everyday to maintain insulin sensitivity:

Sleep:

  1. Respect dark/light cycle for circadian rhythm.
  2. Bedroom for Sleep and Sex.

Blood glucose management:

  1. 5-10 SMBG per day or CGM:
