There is a lot of information inside the Training Lab which including hours of videos guides, webinars, training plans and articles for you to work through. As a new member, it can be tempting to jump straight into all the learning materials. I don’t recommend this.

Hoping from one learning resource to another can be overwhelming. If you want to get the most out of the Training Lab, pick one resource at a time to study, whether it be an execution guide, webinar, video presentation or article.


As a member, you can expect an endless supply of learning resources. The content in the Training Lab will be constantly updated from week to week.

There is no doubt about it, after studying all the resources inside the Traning Lab you will be equipped with a new sense fo awareness, knowledge and key skills to become your own personalised dietician and strength coach.
