I’ve created this very useful ‘Idiot’s Guide’ for those of you interested in competitive bodybuilding and photo shoots.
With respect to bodybuilding, I am referring to all classes, categories, and federations on the planet.
This is a collaboration of 10+ years competing personally, prepping well over 200+ competitors many of which are professional and have won their respected events plus having a strong network of bodybuilding friends who have achieved great success.
If you are new to bodybuilding, this guide will come in very useful to you. It covers everything you need to know from tanning, posing right through to managing your diabetes during peak week.
The Guide has been broken down into multiple bite-size chunks for easier learning. Do not try and learn all of this at once.
There are a number of downloadable eBooks and resources located throughout the guide. Please make sure you download what is required and put it to good use.
There is also a test at the end to reinforce what you’ve learned.
Before you study the material in this guide, I highly recommend you check out the following Guides and resources first.
They will give you a fundamental understanding of how to build a diet and set your training up. This guide focuses more on the background of bodybuilding, why you want to do it and the key tweaks you need to make once you have built a decent level of muscle mass.
If you have a show coming up. I would love you to blog about it and post progress pics in the private Facebook group.
